We are always looking for new Curators to help run challenges, collaborations, as well as some new outreach in the form of a blog and a zine.
All about encouraging and facilitating peoples photography. This role can be as big or as little as your time allows. You might just run the print exchange once or twice a year, or do a few video chats a month for critique.
The curator role is something you can include in a professional CV or bio, where we are happy to provide references.

Split into 4 areas of focus –
- Critique section, with a professional approach, but for everyone to benefit from, mostly done as voice/screen shares.
- Participation, think running challenges and collaborations
- Outreach, getting our photos shared outside of our collective, bringing in and welcoming new members
- Publication team, to perhaps finally get a running OMS zine rolling
Moderation abilities will be shared between trustees and curators, but not all curators ‘need’ to do moderation tasks, you can let us know your preferences in the form below.
